Over the last few years of coaching my clients for multiday events, I’ve developed a kinda framework you can use to ensure you are as prepared as you can be when standing on the start line of your event.
It will take you from feeling like you’re winging it, to feeling confident and ready for the adventure.
Over the course of the four weeks, you'll be taken through a proven framework for smashing your endurance cycling event, covering your training, your well being and your rides.
This series of virtual workshops series will run over four consecutive weeks, on Saturdays at 4pm, through October, starting on the 5th.
I really want the information shared to support you in achieving your cycling goals, so you’ll also be sent interactive workbooks to take notes, create your own framework checklist and set out a plan of action. I'll also be sending you lots of extra guides to support your learning in the workshops.
At the end of the series you'll have all the knowledge you need to be ready for your event, and a personalised road map to make it happen.
